Day 01: Arrival Leh
Ladakh Himachal Tour starts with the arrival at Leh which is situated at the height of 3,500 m above sea level. You arrive at the airport where one of our representatives will meet you and escorts you to the hotel. Check in and have lunch. Spend the entire day at leisure and acclimatize in the surroundings.
Day 02: Leh
On the next day of Ladakh Himachal Tour get ready for the sightseeing tour of Leh by road covering Spituk and Phyang Monasteries. Get lunch at hotel. Later at noon, proceed to the Kings Palace, Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa and Leh Bazaar that lie quite close to the hotel and can be easily reached on foot to enjoy your trip. Retire to the hotel for night stay.
Day 03: Leh - Khardongla Pass - Leh
The next day of Ladakh Himachal tour begins with the full day excursion to Khardongla Pass which is 85 km from Leh. It is a must visit destination in Leh Ladakh Tours. The pass is the world’s highest motorable pass at 5,600 m and is acclaimed by the Guinness Book of World Records. The snow–clad mountain ranges can be seen from the peak. Return to the hotel in the evening for night stay.
Day 04: Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
The picturesque Pangong Lake is the next destination in Ladakh Himachal Tour Package. Early morning, drive to Pangong Lake which is 290 km from Leh via Changla Pass. Picnic lunch at Tsoltak and later proceed to Durbuk from where you drive to Lukung that lies at the western shores of Pangong Lake. Upon arrival at the lake, continue drive to Spangmik which is 8 km and is the last point for tourists. After enjoying the panoramic beauty of the lake, return to the hotel at noon and spend the night here.
Day 05: Leh - Sarchu
Sarchu is another popular destination in Ladakh Himachal Tours. Check out from hotel in the morning and transfer drive to Sarchu by road crossing Upshi and Taglangla Pass en route. Situated at the height of 5,350 m above the sea level it is the second highest motorable pass in the world. Also see numerous small colonies of Marmots, Yaks & Herbs on the way. Enjoy lunch at Pang. Later, proceed to Lachungla Pass nestled in the lap of mountains. Upon arrival at Sarchu at night, check in to the camp perched at the height of 4,200 m above the sea level. Enjoy night stay at camp.
Day 06: Sarchu - Manali
Manali is the last stopover in your tour from Ladakh to Himachal Pradesh. Leave the campsite in the morning and proceed to Baralachala Pass. Visit the Surajtal Lake located at the top of the pass. Continue drive and arrive at the head district of Keylong via Darcha village. Stop at Khoksar, the checkpoint for Manali. The ascent via Rohtang Pass takes you to Manali. Check in to hotel upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 07: Manali
Next morning enjoy the sightseeing of Manali in the morning covering the famous Pagoda Temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi dating back to 4000 years. Later, proceed to old Manali and visit Manu Temple. After lunch, spend some time at Vaishisht hot sulphur springs. Retire to the hotel for the night.
Day 08: Manali - Buntar - Departure
Ladakh - Himachal tour ends after seven days of enjoyment. Check out from hotel after breakfast to proceed to Buntar airport or bus stand from where you head back home or to onward destination.
